Devonshire Cream

Recipe from Smashed Peas and Carrots

What you need: 3oz of cream cheese (room temperature, softened) 3 TBsp granulated sugar a pinch of salt 1 cup whipping cream

How to you make it: In a bowl of an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Slowly add whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Chill before serving. Serve with scones and jam or on some Strawberry Cucumber Tea Sandwiches and ENJOY!
